Tution and Billing
Our full dance season runs from September to June.
However, this full season is divided into THREE 12 week terms.
At the start of each term (September, December, March) tuition for the term is posted to accounts.
Tuition is due on the first day of the term. Late fees will begin to incur 30 days after the start of the term.
After the date regualr tuition fees are due, student enrolment is confirmed. Tuition can be refundable with a dr’s note. All competition entry fees and costume fees are non-refundable and are due upon receipt of the invoice.
Drop off & Pick up
We aim to keep our lobby/student lounge free from distractions. Our dancers want to wave at, leave class to see, or keep their eyes on their grown-ups that are watching. This causes a distraction for not only that student but the other students in the class as well - often leading to them to also wanting their grown-up there.
In order to keep our students' focus on their teachers, we ask that you please drop your dancer 5-10 minutes before class and then return at pick-up time. We have teaching assistants to help with getting outdoor attire off and dance shoes on
Snow Days
When the TLDSB calls a snowday, often roads improve in time for after school activities, so we always plan to continue classes as normal!
If we cancel classes due to weather, everyone impcated will be contacted by email, and notice will be posted to our social media when the decision is made.
On poor weather days assume classes will run, but keep your eyes on your email and our social media!
Holidays, Breaks & PD days
While we typically follow the TLDSB calendar in regards to holidays and breaks (Christmas break, March break, etc. We will always run classes on the school boards PD Days!
